The company has a 40t / h circulating fluidized bed boiler (reserving one for the second-stage boiler of the same scale). The boiler uses a limestone powder desulfurization process.
Consumption of designed limestone powder per furnace: 0.55t / h

Performance guarantee and structural requirements
1) Overall structure: The limestone powder enters the variable frequency speed regulating feeder from the limestone powder silo through the manual and pneumatic blanking valve under the falling pipe, enters the jet pump through the variable frequency speed regulating feeder, and enters the boiler through the pipeline into the two limestone Inside the powder inlet, enter the furnace. The whole set of equipment should be able to guarantee positive pressure operation, with a pressure resistance of 100kPa.
2) Structural requirements of the frequency conversion speed regulating feeder: The frequency conversion speed regulating feeder should be able to realize the functions of rotary feeding and sealing. Guaranteed not to jam during operation. The rotor should be made of wear-resistant cast steel, the shell is sealed, and the pressure resistance is 100kPa.
3) Structural requirements of the jet conveying pump: continuous and uniform feeding should be realized, and the inlet part should be able to achieve the negative pressure zone.
4) The plug-in valve is a manual, pneumatic sealed plug-in valve.
5) Frequency conversion speed regulating feeder adopts frequency regulation to adjust the limestone feeding volume.
6) Roots blowers are used for conveying. The conveying system and conveying equipment should have good tightness. The design and manufacturing should ensure that the conveying wind does not return to the limestone silo from the feeding equipment during operation and does not leak from the equipment to the surrounding environment.
