Conditions of Use:
The pump operation mode: continuous, intermittent. The air source pressure has wide adaptability, and the working pressure is 0.015-0.15Mpa, depending on the conveying distance and the amount of conveying. The conveying distance is less than 700m, the height is less than 32m, the temperature is -20 ℃ -150 ℃, the conveying air volume, pressure and the size of the conveying pipeline also vary with the conveying capacity and the conveying distance.

1. The entire transmission shaft is supported by a single suspension, and the bearing is not on the material passing surface, which prevents the material from squeezing the bearing seat.
2. The inner and outer layers of the entire bearing block are oil-cooled and the outer layer is cooled by circulating water, which reduces the temperature during bearing operation and thus effectively ensures the reliable operation of the entire equipment.
3. The entire spiral blade is made of hard alloy, and the surface is hardened, which effectively reduces the blade wear and extends the blade's life.
4. The discharge method combines high-efficiency ejectors, which greatly reduces the pressure of the mixing box during operation and reduces the motor power of the pump body, making the material transfer and mixing more uniform.
5. The air-locking method adopts a three-level air-locking structure: the first-level is variable pitch mechanical air-locking, the second-level is adjustable column air-locking, and the third-level is plate check air-locking. Completely solve the problem of gas upward string and increase the conveying capacity.
